ISTANBUL METROPOLITAN BRANCH TRAKYA (BAKIRKÖY) AGENCY SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Under the internship protocol signed between Istanbul Kültür University and the Istanbul Metropolitan Branch of the Chamber of Architects, Trakya (Bakırköy) Agency, a summer internship program will be implemented for the students of IKU Department of Architecture  between July 18 and August 15, 2022. In the internship program, which will be implemented with the participation of 20 students and lecturers from the IKU Department of Architecture , the layers of the city will be redesigned with today’s technologies.

SALEM ALİ MOHAMED MOHAMED FROM THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, HUNGARIAN UNIVERSITY OF PÉCS, ATTENDED THE "ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN AND LIFE CYCLE COSTS" PH.D. COURSE

In the "Energy Efficient Design and Life Cycle Costs" doctoral course led by Prof. Dr. Esra Bostancıoğlu who is Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Architecture & a faculty member of the Department of Architecture, Salem Ali Mohamed Mohamed from Hungary University of Pécs, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, made a presentation titled "Model Simplification on Energy and Simulation Analysis for Residential Comfort Building Design".

ASSIST. PROF. CEREN GÖĞÜŞ MADE A PRESENTATION TITLED “LATE OTTOMAN-GERMAN RELATIONS AND TWO RESULTING ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS”

Assist. Prof. Ceren Göğüş from Department of Architecture participated in the seminar within the scope of “An Imported Idea of Modernity: German Architects in Turkey 1923 to 1950” lecture in the master program of Prof. Dr. Raimund Fein and Dr. Evin Eris’s BTU Brandenburgische Technische Universitaet, World Heritage School on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. She made a presentation titled “Late Ottoman-German Relations and Two Resulting Architectural Projects” at the seminar.
