Res. Assist. Ufuk Küçükyazıcı and Res. Assist. Berkay Oskay from the Department of Architecture, participated in the TV program “Places and People” which was broadcast live on Medyascope TV on Monday, 31 October to present and discuss the study titled “University as an Actor in the Bahçelievler Millet Bahçesi Participatory Design Practice: An Evaluation Based on the Pedestal of Participation” prepared by a team consisting of Prof.  Dr.  Evrim Tore, Assist. Prof. Zeynep Ayşe Gökşin, Assoc. Prof. Yasemin Erkan Yazıcı, Ayşenur Hilal Iavarone and Lecturer Şeyda Şen.

Res. Assist. Idil Akkuzu, an instructor from the Faculty of Architecture, was a guest at the “Scientific Research Techniques and Publication Ethics” course given to the master’s degree programs of the Faculty of Architecture of Istanbul University. In the course held on Tuesday, October 25, Res. Assist. Akkuzu, who presented her study titled “A Process from Transience to Permanence: A Qualitative Research on the Socio-Spatial Practices of Silivri Caravan Park Settlers,” conveyed the topics of qualitative research techniques and grounded theory methods to the students.

“7th International Project and Construction Management” (IPCMC2022,) which is an international congress with wide participation in the field of Project and Construction Management, was held on October 20-22, hosted by Yıldız Technical University.  Assist. Prof.
