IKU Architecture Department organized a panel titled “Rethinking Bauhaus on its Centennial” as part of its 65th Architecture Speeches. In the event was held at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 15.30, Dr. Architect Doğan Hasol with his speech “Bauhaus and Its Reflections on Turkey”, M. Architect M. Zafer Akay with his speech “From Pluralist Weimar to Reductionist Dessau: The Rise and Fall of the Bauhaus and Koray Güler with his speech "The Reconstruction Story of the World Heritage Dessau Master Houses" attended the panel. 

After the panel, the exhibition titled “AfişMekan-Bauhaus” designed by the students of the “MIM1011 Basic Design” course was opened to visitors in the foyer area of Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall.
