COLOR AND CHARACTER IN SPACE WORKSHOP

Department of Architecture organized the "Color and Character in Space Workshop" with the participation of our 2011 graduate, Master Architect Ecem Kocaarslan Mutlu, on Wednesday, November 20, between 09.00-12.30. In the workshop held as part of the "MIM1011 Basic Design" course conducted by Assoc. Prof. Emel Birer, Res. Asst. Şeyda Şen and Res. Asst. Ufuk Küçükyazıcı in the fall semester of 2019-2020, students designed their own characters by working on color theories.

"HOW MANY SPACES CAN WE CREATE WITH A MEANING AND ELEMENT INVENTORY?"

Istanbul Kultur University Department of Architecture organized the workshop "How Many Spaces Can We Produce With a Meaning and Element Inventory?". In the work carried out under the management of Lecturer Suzan Sanlı Esin, Master Architect Canan Ganiç and Res. Asst. İdil Akkuzu, experiments were carried out to produce alternative spaces with floor, ceiling and wall archetypes.

Istanbul Kültür University Department of Architecture continues to bring together the world's famous architects with its students and the architectural environment in the 2020-2021 Spring Semester. The last speaker of the online conference series was the famous Turkish Architect Ferda Kolatan on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 20:00. Kolatan, the Founding Director of SU11 Architecture + Design Office, is also an associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania Weitzman School of Design.
