An article by Res. Asst. A. Hilal Iavarone, a faculty member of the Department of Architecture, titled “The Mediatic State of Architectural Representation as a Definition of Simulacrum” was published in the Gedik University Modular journal.
Megaron Roof Technologies, one of the most well-known tile manufacturers in Turkey, was hosted by the Department of Architecture on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, within the scope of “MIM3020 Building Science 2” and “ARC3020 Building Science 2” courses. Our students took an active role in the on-site tile roof application, which was followed by Senior Civil Engineer Mert Bıçakçı's comprehensive presentation on clay and cement-based tiles.

In the event; The book titled "ATATÜRK; Time Space Life" published by ATAYURT Publishing House, co-authored by Prof. Dr. Neslihan Dostoğlu, our Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, and Asst. Prof. Gamze Alptekin, an academician of the Department of Architecture, was introduced.
