The article titled "Real Estate 4.0 and Brand (Residential) Positioning" co-written by Master Architect Çiğdem Karabağ, a postgraduate of the Department of Architecture, and Assist. Prof. Gamze Alptekin from the Department of Architecture, was published in the December 2022 issue of the Journal of Construction Engineering, Management & Innovation (JCEMI). In the article, in which the concept of Real Estate 4.0 is explained and brand positioning in the real estate sector was discussed, including a two-stage content analysis of brand positioning peculiar to a company producing branded housing, it was revealed how the subject matter was perceived by the consumer through the survey conducted.
