In order to rearrange the backyard of IKU Ataköy campus in line with student requests and needs, a workshop was held on March 6-7, 2020, open to the participation of the students of the Department of Architecture and the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. With the support of Dr. Suzan Sanlı and Master Landscape Architect Defne Akyol, our IKU Department of Architecture lecturers, 8 projects were prepared under the direction of our research assistants in the workshop attended by 56 students. In the suggestions developed, spaces that allow various activities, equipment, urban furniture, structural elements in these spaces were designed, materials, green areas and hard floors were determined. Participants were supported to produce barrier-free campus solutions with the understanding of "Design for All".
